 1 Why Sustainable Housing? Top

A sustainable house is designed to reduce energy costs to the maximum extent possible. If we consider that the useful life of a house fluctuates between 30 to 50 years and taking into account the current rise in energy prices, we can figure out the amount of money wasted in power consumption (thousands of euros), apart from the benefits in health and living comfort in avoiding constant use of heating and air conditioning. Additionally, with the current power crisis and growing global ecological concern, sustainable houses are a key contribution to the development of a new type of living paradigm.

2 Do you plan sustainable houses without modules? Top

Indeed we do, based on building methods best adapted to the needs of our customer. In fact, there are circumstances in which a modular system would not be adequate, due to the complexities of the site or to the house requirements themselves. In that case, neither prices nor the time needed to build are the ones announced in this web. We may also combine a modular system with other conventional type of building which bring out interesting results.

3 Why industrialized modular architecture? Top

Our industrialized modular architecture offers many advantages: it is a system in which a house is built per structure modules in-shop including installation and finishes. Thereafter, said modules are transported by truck to the final site. Building is performed with the assembly of the industrialized modules by experts from the shop. In this way, building time is reduced by more than 50 % in respect to a traditional house, there is no risk that weather situations may delay work and quality control is greater due to the systematization of processes and the homogeneity of each of the building elements. Additionally, security risks decrease due to the fact that most of the work is performed at the shop.

4 How many floors are possible with your system? Top

Our modules are designed for two floors or for three if a basement is planned.

5 The green living roof, is it required? Top

No, it is not. In fact in some towns urban regulations demand an inclined roof instead. We may accomplish the same energy saving conditions using a straight green living cover or a ventilated inclined one. Nonetheless, the advantages of a green living roof make it the most functional option.

6 Do you work all over Spain? Top

Yes, we work all over the Spanish territory.

7 What about foundations, legal urbanization of site and additions such as swimming pool, basement etc? Top

The Foundations are not industrialized; it is made at the site itself, based on a geotechnical study of the terrain per customer requirement. Price includes foundations for normal sites. If the lot or topography requires a more complex foundation, this would mean additional costs. Urban planning and implementation is also done on site and it is not included in the basic price offered. Likewise, a swimming pool or any other addition which requires a system other than a modular one, are not included.
